We are seeking an experienced Night Duty Manager for this busy venue located in outback Queensland. This role commences 14 February and candidates must be willing to commit to until October at the earliest. This role represents an excellent opportunity to save heaps of money.
Package:
$23.64 per hour Monday to Friday + overtime and shift penalties
Accommodation and Meals $110 per week
This position is for a natural leader who is customer focused and will be a responsible person in the bar to support, mentor and assist all bar staff & address any customer concerns. This position is also responsible for reporting company financials at the end of trade and may also be required to assist with supervision of the Hotel.
Applicants will have proven previous experience is the following;
- High standards of customer service
- Strong team player with high levels of communication skills
- Assisting with managing and monitoring evening trade while giving direction to less experienced workers
- Reporting and resolving financial discrepancies from trade with management
- Stock control and rotation
- Allocating nightly duties bar staff fairly on a rotating basis
- Experience and understanding of motel / accommodation bookings along with check in and check out procedures
- Experience in meal service and ability to communicate directly with the kitchen / chef
All applicants must hold a current QLD RMLV / Liquor Approved Managers Licence as well as a current food handlers certificate that can be completed online.
