We are seeking a Restaurant / Events Manager for this multi award-winning property located in remote Western Australia. This role is to commence immediately.
Package:
$54,343 Per annum
Accommodation and Meals $75 per week
Duties:
- Day to day management of the Food & Beverage department
- Covering all aspects of food & beverage service including making drinks, taking table orders, clearing tables, serving food, wine recommendations, making cocktails, set up of buffet and restaurant areas
- Supervising, training and mentoring of general food & beverage staff
- Liaising with customers, dealing with customer complaints
- Open / Close of outlets
- Split shifts may be worked through various sittings including breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Working for special functions, events and weddings
- Offering excellence in customer service
- Assist in other departments when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a current RSA certificate
- Previous experience and knowledge of all aspects of bar & restaurant
- Prefer wine, barista & cocktail knowledge
- Have excellent presentation
- Be able to live and work in a remote destination
- Have a love of the outdoors and environment
