Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the tours division including quality, training, service, product development, promotion and management
- Drives the recruitment and retention strategy for the tours division
- Responsible for the operational management of the tours
- Develops and maintains rapport with key community contacts
- Collaborate with sales & marketing manager to promote the tours division

Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to be granted a Northern Territory H Endorsed Drivers License
- Current Police Check
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience leading teams in business / tourism environment
- Remote First Aid
- Hold or be able to obtain a Stillwater Coxswains Certificate
- Previous experience in Indigenous tour operations
- Ability to obtain other relevant licenses
