Advertisers using this site must ensure they adhere to all by-laws and employment regulations in all relevant states and territories in Australia. Work Play Stay will not be held liable for any mis-information listed in job advertisements. Advertisers agree to comply with the Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislations.


Advertisers and Job Seekers agree to keep officers, employees, directors and agents of Work Play Stay fully indemnified against any costs, expenses, liabilities and charges brought about by claims by any entity or person against Work Play Stay as a result of any assumed or actual breach by you of any law, regulation, by-law or code of conduct as a consequence of information posted on this site.


Job Seekers agree that Work Play Stay cannot monitor or screen every advert placed on this site and is not liable for any inaccurate information given. Work Play Stay will not be liable for any costs, damages or losses sustained as a consequence of any advertiser or Job Seeker employing or engaging services sourced through Work Play Stay.


Job Seekers and Advertisers agree to adhere to the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 2000.


Work Play Stay cannot guarantee and will not be held liable for any damages, costs, or fees associated with any damage caused by any files that are emailed via the Work Play Stay website. We cannot guarantee that files will be free from infections, worms, viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious codes.
