Head Chef-Remote South Australia
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef for this busy property located in remote South Australia
This is a great opportunity to save heaps of money whilst exploring this unique and beautiful location.
Full Time Role
Upwards of $70,000 negotiable
Accommodation $60 per week
Meals $30 per week
Opt in / Opt out basis – ie. you don’t need to get meals if you don’t wish to
Duties will include:
- Menu creation
- Costings / Managing budget restraints
- Maintain food costs
- Ordering, stocktakes, stock control
- Supervision and training of staff
- Rostering / wage budget management
- Ensure HACCP standards are met
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain high quality and consistent food standards at all times
- Ability to think laterally and show initiative
- A Working Understanding of ‘Food Safety’ principals
Working with team of 3-5 in the kitchen.
Restaurant is open breakfast, and dinner seven days a week.
